I am writing to formally report a critical and ongoing service disruption affecting my AI Pro subscription on Google Antigravity.
For the past 2-3 days, the platform has been completely unusable for my work. Even the most basic operations — such as minor single-line code edits — cause the agent to hang indefinitely without completing. This is not an isolated incident; it has been consistent and reproducible across multiple sessions.
I am an active AI Pro subscriber paying for a premium development experience. This level of service degradation is unacceptable for a paid product. I have multiple active projects depending on this platform, and this outage is directly blocking my productivity and causing real financial damage.
I am requesting one of the following resolutions:
- An immediate fix that restores full functionality to the platform, OR
- A full or partial refund for the affected period, as I am not receiving the service I am paying for.
I expect a response within 48 hours. If this issue is not resolved or acknowledged promptly, I will escalate through Google One support and consumer protection channels.
