Subject: CRESCIVE — Starter Tier missing

Hello Google AI Studio team. My app CRESCIVE was previously published through AI Studio, but it is now unpublished. When I try to republish it, I only see “Set up billing” and the free Starter Tier option is missing. I cannot afford paid billing. Could you please explain why Starter Tier is unavailable for my account and whether there is a way for me to publish CRESCIVE without paid billing? Thank you.

Not all accounts are eligible for The Starter Tier.
Please check out the caveats mentioned in the Google AI Studio deployment documentation.

Eligibility is determined automatically, and we cannot review Starter Tier access manually. You might want to consider linking a Cloud Billing account to your project.
