Google AI Studio Starter Tier not available for my account

Hi Google AI Studio team,

I’m trying to publish my full-stack app from Google AI Studio Build Mode, but the Starter Tier publishing option is not available.

I have not published any apps yet. When I click Publish → Get Started, I see:

• My First Project
• No billing setup
• Set up billing
• Refresh

I tried refreshing and also tried selecting different Cloud Projects, but the Starter Tier option still does not appear.

According to the Google AI Studio documentation, eligible users can publish up to 2 full-stack applications through the Starter Tier without setting up Cloud Billing.

I don’t want to enable paid Cloud Billing just to publish one of the free Starter Tier apps.

Could you please check whether the Starter Tier is available/provisioned for my account?

I’ve attached a screenshot of the publishing screen for reference.

Not all accounts are eligible for The Starter Tier. Please check out the caveats mentioned in the Google AI Studio deployment documentation. Eligibility is determined automatically, and we cannot review Starter Tier access manually.

You might want to consider linking a Cloud Billing account to your project.
