Sorry this account is ineligible to use antigravity

Description

Since yesterday, I have been locked out of Google Antigravity and Antigravity IDE on my primary account. Whenever I try to launch the application and complete the login handshake, I am blocked by the following error message:

“Sorry, this account is ineligible to use antigravity”

This seems to be an account-level entitlement synchronization issue rather than a local client or environment configuration bug, as a secondary (free) Google account logs into the platform without any issues on the exact same machine.

Account Status & Environment Details

  • Subscription Tier: Active Google AI Pro subscriber.

  • Account Type: Standard, personal @gmail.com account (Not a Google Workspace, school, or corporate-managed account).

  • Age Verification: Fully verified (26 years old).

  • Family Sharing: This subscription is not tied to any Google One Family Group (individual subscription).

  • Region: Fully supported region with a matching Google Payments profile billing address.

Troubleshooting Steps Already Attempted

To rule out local state corruption, I have systematically cleared the following over the last 24 hours:

  • Wiped Local Configuration Cache: Deleted both the Antigravity and Antigravity IDE directories entirely from my local AppData\Roaming\ folder to force a clean environment setup.

  • Revoked and Re-linked Auth Tokens: Removed Antigravity’s third-party app access from my Google Security settings panel and re-authenticated from scratch.

  • Checked for Enterprise/Cloud Conflicts: Verified that no hidden Google Cloud project tokens or “Gemini Code Assist” OAuth permissions are binding this account to an external enterprise layer.

  • Checked for Pending Terms of Service (ToS): Logged directly into the web-based Google AI Studio platform with this account to see if any new platform agreements were halting authentication. No prompts or pending agreements were found.

Expected Behavior

As an active AI Pro member with an independent personal account, the client should authorize my access and allocate my enhanced agent and Gemini 3 Pro model quotas.

Given that my secondary account bypasses the login screen perfectly, it appears my primary account’s entitlement token is stuck in an invalid state on the backend OAuth handler. Could an engineer please check my account’s backend flags or force a token synchronization reset?

I am currently unable to use my subscription which i solely use for Antigravity.

Thank you!

i faced the same issue too and tried many different methods to resolve it but still failed.

this issue has been bothering me for months whenever i tried to use Anti-gravity 2.0. now i completely give up on trying and move away from using anti-gravity 2.0 completely. because it is not supposed to bring so much hussle to users who tried to use a coding agent. it has been a huge let-down from google.
