Summary
My primary Google account suddenly became ineligible for Antigravity IDE today.
The same Antigravity IDE installation, the same Mac, and the same network work perfectly with another Gmail account.
This appears to be an account-specific backend issue rather than a client or network issue.
Environment
- macOS
- Latest Antigravity IDE
- Google AI Pro subscriber (affected account)
- Same machine
- Same network
Expected behavior
My primary Google account should be able to sign in successfully, as it has been working normally for weeks.
Actual behavior
After signing in, Antigravity displays:
Sorry, this account is ineligible to use Antigravity IDE because it is not currently available in your location.
Troubleshooting already performed
I have already tried:
- Removing Antigravity from Google Linked Apps
- Signing in again
- Restarting the IDE
- Reinstalling Antigravity IDE
None of the above resolved the issue.
Important finding
On the same Mac, same Antigravity IDE, and same network:
Another personal Gmail account signs in successfully.
Only my primary Google account fails.
This strongly suggests the issue is account-specific rather than client-side.
Developer Tools logs
The Network panel shows:
POST … GetUserStatus
returns
HTTP 500 Internal Server Error
The console also reports:
Quota Update: No models available
failed to resolve cascade config
MODEL_PLACEHOLDER_M71
model not found
This looks like the backend failed to return the model entitlement for my account.
Additional information
- This account worked normally until yesterday.
- I did not change my location.
- I did not change my Google account.
- I did not change my computer.
- The issue appeared suddenly.
Could someone from the Antigravity team please check whether my account has been incorrectly marked as ineligible or whether its model entitlement has become corrupted?
I’m happy to provide my Google account email privately if needed.
Thank you.
