Session Failure Issue After Extended Usage

First of all, I want to say that Stit

ch.ai is an amazing and truly impressive product. It’s super cool and has tremendous potential—I genuinely see it as a real game changer.

I’ve designed nearly 40+ pages using clear and well-structured prompts, and the experience has been excellent so far. However, after extensive usage, the product suddenly stopped generating designs and started throwing an “Unable to generate – session failed” error.

I’ve noticed that there are already several questions and discussions around this issue, so I mainly wanted to check whether this is something that will be addressed or stabilized in the near future.

I understand that starting a new project usually works as a workaround, but the main challenge is that the context of the existing application is lost. A fresh chat session does not retain the prior understanding, which makes it difficult to continue working seamlessly. It would be incredibly helpful if there were a way to retain session memory or transfer context to a new chat/project so work can continue without significant rework.

Additionally, the duplicate project option also seems to have issues. I’ve tried duplicating the project, sharing it with another account, and remixing it, but it still results in errors.

Despite these challenges, I want to emphasize that the product has great scope and huge potential. I’m really excited about where Stitch.ai is heading and truly appreciate the work behind this wonderful project.

Hey @Porkalanchiyam thank you so much for your kind words! We’re truly grateful for the support. We recently experienced a system outage that caused recurring issues with screen generation. While the team has deployed a fix and things should be working now, we are still working toward a permanent solution. Because we are rapidly rolling out new features, the root cause has been challenging to isolate, but our team is prioritizing a long-term fix. We appreciate your patience and for sticking with us!

Hey @Porkalanchiyam, could you please check this one more time for me? I’ve added your details to our internal tracker. To ensure everything is synced, could you try logging out and back in, then attempt to fetch the design again? Let me know if that works!

After trying logout and loaded again i can see all the already build screen. when i try any new prompt the issue still continues attached two screen shot for your reference.
