Hey @Karen_Ambraisse, apologies for the inconvenience. Just to confirm, is it possible you’ve reached your daily credit limit? If that’s not the case, please try clearing your Stitch cache and opening the project again. Let me know if you’re still running into trouble so we can look closer.
Hi @RISHABH_CHAUHAN , thank you for your answer. The problem lasted more than one day, so I don’t think it was a daily credit limit. I cleaned my cache but it didn’t work either. However, today I can generate new prompts, so maybe it was a monthly credit limit? I had been waiting for 2 weeks.

Different devices, cache clears etc don’t see to do anything. If you need a project ID to reproduce its in the thread.
Actually, I’ve got 2 problems. 1 solved, but for 3 days I’ve been going through the same troubles as yours.
Hey @robin_jonker, sorry about the issue. We have been looking closely into this specific bug, and I have flagged it to our engineering team again. Because we are seeing a high volume of these reports, we are expecting a fix very soon. I wasn’t able to access your project using the ID you mentioned in your referenced comment “could you please share it again and ensure public sharing is enabled”? I’ll pass it directly to the team. Also, is this happening only with this particular project, or are you seeing it across others as well? Thanks!
I am only seeing the issue with this specific project but this is by far the project that I have prompted the most.
You should now be able to access the project
