Known Issues with Stitch

This thread is for sharing and tracking known issues with Stitch. We’ll update it as new issues are found and when fixes are ready.

First Known Issue: Browser compatibility
We’re having some compatibility issues with certain browsers that might stop generated images from loading right. We’re working on a fix. In the meantime, you can try these manual instructions:

Edit May-23: this should now be fixed. Keep us posted if you’re still experiencing this issue.

FYI - I attempted to disable cross-site tracking on Edge mobile (iOS) with no luck. Still unable to see the generated images. Hoping for a fix soon.

None of the workarounds worked for me, none of my browsers render the images unfortunately…

Disabling Shield for stitch.withgoogle.com In Brave allowed the images to be viewed for me.

you can first click the image then , right click it and “open image in new tab” wait for 2-3 sec and it will show the image

This worked for me. The code does not show—just all of it as one image.

Worked for me, but why that’s the problem?

Allowing third party cookies also works, but after 5 Design new designs is not loaded.

On Microsoft edge ( desktop)
Settings - Privacy, search, and services - Tracking prevention - Turn it off
Or Exceptions - Add https://stitch.withgoogle.com
This works

Hello, nice tip!

Adding https://stitch.withgoogle.com in Manage exceptions in Firefox also works.

Thanks

In Google Chrome, I fixed the error by enabling third-party cookies: View site information (click the icon in the browser’s address bar) → Cookies and site dataThird-party cookies.
And now I can see the pictures and the code.

Hello! I am Canadian currently in Vietnam and I want to try Stitch but I constantly receive: " Sorry, Stitch is unavailable." . Is it because Stitch is not available in Vietnam? If so, when will it be available? Thanks!

In an account that I used the Experimental Mode quite extensively with, it doesn’t react anymore when sending a message to Stitch. This is true for the existing chat as well as when I open a new chat in Experimental Mode. The Standard Mode is working fine though.

With a different account the Experimental Mode works as expected. Is there a message limit for Expertimental Mode at the time per account? If so, a regarding response would be great. Thanks in advance.

All I get as a response when sending a message in Experimental Mode at the moment is this:

The same happened to me. After a couple of hours of playing with it, it stopped responding, and then I couldn’t continue or create a new session.

There is a limit for the Experimental Mode to 50 screens per month. Do you think you reached that limit already? You should see an error message when you try to generate a new screen if that’s the case.
