Requesting Help: No Response to GCP/API Project Suspension Appeal

I’m currently seeing “Project quota tier unavailable” in AI Studio, and 10 days ago my Google Cloud Platform/Default Gemini API Project was suspended. I submitted an appeal on the day of the suspension but haven’t heard back. The appeal form was limited to 500 characters, however I have a more detailed root cause analysis and remediation.

Does anyone have advice on how long appeal responses usually take, or whether there’s a way to provide additional information for the reviewer? I’m committed to making whatever changes are necessary to resolve the suspension.
