I’m experiencing an issue with my Google Gemini API account suspension and would appreciate any guidance.
My account was suspended after I unintentionally exceeded the usage quota while processing a large batch of documents (approximately 160,000 files). Due to a mistake in my code, requests continued to be sent repeatedly even after hitting the quota limit, which seems to have been flagged as abusive behavior.
However, this was not intentional. It was a technical error in handling rate limits and retries during a bulk processing task.
After the suspension, I followed the instructions and submitted an appeal with a detailed explanation of the situation. It has now been over 3 weeks, and I have not received any response or update.
I would like to ask:

Is it normal for appeal responses to take this long?

Has anyone had a similar experience where their account was restored after an appeal?
This API is critical for my service, so the lack of response is becoming a major blocker.
