Account suspended after credit burn — appeal pending, need help getting unblocked

Hi there,

I’m a developer building an AI orchestration product and would really like to use Gemini 3.1 Pro and Deep Research via the Interactions API.

I recently migrated to a professional Google Workspace account, set up pay-as-you-go billing, and made a €250 prepayment. In my attempt to work through the promotional credits and qualify for Tier 2, I made too many API calls too quickly on the new account, which triggered an automated suspension.

I’ve already submitted:

  • A project suspension appeal (Mar 14)
  • An account-level restriction appeal (Mar 14)
  • A Tier 2/3 upgrade request via the rate limit increase form (Mar 9)

Haven’t heard back on any of these yet and would love some help getting this resolved so I can keep building. Happy to provide any additional information needed.
