Hello Gemini API team, my project returns 403 PERMISSION_DENIED (“Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.”) when calling Veo (veo-3.1-fast-generate-preview and veo-3.1-generate-preview) via the Gemini API, even though paid billing (Prepay credits, Tier 1) is active and other Gemini API models (images, text) work normally on the same project and API keys.
