Request Veo allowlist access — project project-d5423feb-fa4a-46cc-.... (paid billing active)

Hello,

My project is returning 403 PERMISSION_DENIED (“Your project has been denied
access. Please contact support.”) when calling Veo (veo-3.1-fast-generate-preview)
via the Gemini API, even though:

  • Paid billing (Prepay credits) is active on the project.
  • Other Gemini API models work normally on the same project.
  • There is no prior usage and no policy violation.

Could you please review and enable Veo access for this project?
