Could we please get allowlist access to the Veo video generation models (Veo 3.1 / Veo 3.1 Fast / Veo 3.1 Lite) on Vertex AI for our project?

Use case: We run an SNS marketing automation product for small businesses. We’d like to generate short (4-8 second) vertical video clips for Instagram Reels, using a brand’s existing product/location photos as reference images plus a text prompt. We currently call Gemini’s native image generation on this same project for static post images, and would like to extend to short video clips for Reels.
We tried calling the predictLongRunning endpoint for veo-3.1-lite-generate-preview, veo-3.1-generate-preview, veo-3.0-generate-preview, veo-3.0-fast-generate-preview, and veo-2.0-generate-001 across us-central1, global, and asia-northeast1, and every combination returns a 404 Publisher Model not found error, which we believe means this project isn’t allowlisted yet.
