I am a developer trying to use the Gemini API for a small personal development project.
My Google Cloud project ID is:
agile-skyline-509003-..
The project currently shows:
- Billing tier: Unavailable
- Project status: Restricted
When I make a Gemini API request, I receive:
403 PERMISSION_DENIED
“Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.”
The project and API key were created recently, and I have not been able to use the Gemini API.
My intended use is to develop and test a real-time voice translation application for communication with overseas clients.
Could someone please help review this project and explain why API access has been restricted?
If possible, I would appreciate having the project reviewed for access to the available free tier.
