Request for manual review – Gemini API project restricted (403 PERMISSION_DENIED)

Hello Google Gemini API Team,

I am requesting a manual review of my Gemini API project.

My Google AI Studio project is currently marked as Restricted, with Billing Tier shown as Unavailable.

Every Gemini API request returns:

403 PERMISSION_DENIED

“Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.”

I have already completed the following account verification steps:

- Age verification completed

- Phone number verification completed

- 2-Step Verification enabled

- Personal Google account

I also created a new API key, but the project remains restricted.

My intended use is personal, low-volume testing with SillyTavern.

I would like to remain on the Free Tier and am not requesting a paid-tier upgrade.

Could you please manually review the access restriction on my project/account and restore Gemini API access if this restriction was applied incorrectly?

Hello Google Gemini API Team,

I am following up on my manual review request.

My project is still showing as Restricted, and Gemini API requests still return:

403 PERMISSION_DENIED

“Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.”

My Google account has completed age verification, phone verification, and 2-Step Verification.

I would like to continue using the Gemini API Free Tier for low-volume personal testing with SillyTavern.

Could you please review the project/account restriction when possible?
