Request for Manual Review — Gemini API HTTP 403 and Restricted Project

Hello Google Gemini API team,

I am developing an application called Everyday Life Assistant using Google AI Studio and the Gemini API.

My existing project has the following status:

  • Project ID: everyday-life-assistant-509419

  • Project status: Restricted

  • Billing tier: Unavailable

  • API error: HTTP 403 / PERMISSION_DENIED

Requests from my application are being denied, although I can generate responses in the Google AI Studio Playground.

I am willing to use paid billing if necessary, but I do not want to incur charges without resolving the underlying access problem.

Could you please review my project and explain the specific reason for the restriction, including any required account verification, permissions, billing eligibility, or policy steps?

I would like to restore API access on my existing project if possible.
