Request for Manual Review — Gemini API 403_PERMISSION_DENIED & Project Restricted

Hello Google Gemini API Team,

I am requesting a manual review of my Gemini API access.

My Google AI Studio project “JARVIS V2” is currently shown as Restricted, and Gemini API requests return:

HTTP 403 PERMISSION_DENIED

“Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.”

I have already completed the recommended account verification steps:

  • Age verification completed

  • Phone number verification completed

  • 2-Step Verification enabled

  • Generative Language API is enabled in Google Cloud

  • The project has no billing account

  • A new API key was created in Google AI Studio

  • The API key/project still shows as Restricted

  • AI Studio shows that API access for this project is restricted

  • Billing Tier is shown as Unavailable

This is a personal, low-volume development project. I am building and testing a personal AI assistant called JARVIS.

I would like to remain on the eligible Free Tier and do not want to enable paid billing just to clear an access restriction.

Could you please manually review my Google AI Studio / Gemini API access and restore access to the project if the restriction was applied in error?
