Hello Google AI Team,

Requesting allowlist access for Veo on Vertex AI so our project’s stylized
3D animated child character is not blocked by the person-generation safety
filter (support code 17301594 - Child category).

Region: us-central1 (please confirm/update if different)
Billing: Active
Vertex AI API: Enabled
Models requested: veo-3.1-generate-preview, veo-3.1-fast-generate-001

Use case: Original animated short film production (non-photorealistic,
stylized 3D/claymation aesthetic). The character in question is a fully
original, fictional child character, not a real person or likeness.
Requesting personGeneration: allow_all be enabled at the project level,
as we’ve already set “Allow (All ages)” in Vertex AI Studio but are still
receiving this block.
