Image-to-video from synthetic avatar start frames is currently blocked as “realistic person likeness,” even though the subjects are not real individuals. Requesting personGeneration=allow_all / likeness allowlisting for these synthetic-avatar clips. Users affirm likeness consent and the content is labeled AI-generated.
