Hello Google team,

I’m requesting allowlist access for Veo person generation (allow_all, including minors) for image-to-video on Vertex AI.

Use case: I run “Little Learning Lab”, a children’s educational YouTube channel producing fully 3D-animated cartoon videos that teach kids savings, manners, healthy eating and science. Our recurring cast includes stylized Pixar-style cartoon child characters (AI-generated, not photorealistic, not based on real people).

Our automated pipeline generates scene images with Gemini 2.5 Flash Image, then animates them with Veo image-to-video. These requests are currently blocked with support code 17301594 (child category), even though the content is wholesome, kid-safe educational material. Text-to-video works but breaks character consistency across scenes.

I request person generation “allow_all” for image-to-video on this project so our own AI-generated cartoon child characters are not blocked. Happy to provide any additional verification.
