**Use case:**

We operate SihirliMaceram (sm.proje.website), a parental-consent-based children’s development platform in Turkey. Parents upload a photo of their child; our pipeline generates a stylized 3D-animated storybook character (an illustration, not a photorealistic likeness). After explicit parental approval, this illustrated character appears in a personalized educational fairy tale video (bedtime fears, tooth brushing, vegetable eating, etc.), prepared with pedagogical guidance.

The images we submit to Veo are AI-generated cartoon storybook illustrations produced within our own pipeline. All processing happens under KVKK (Turkish GDPR equivalent) with explicit parental consent; original photos are deleted within 7 days; final videos are delivered only to the consenting parent.

We would greatly appreciate access to animate these illustrated scenes with Veo image-to-video. Happy to provide any additional information or sign additional terms if needed.
