Use Case:
We are a financial inclusion platform serving 2M+ registered users across 40+ countries. We are building AI-generated video content featuring our founder and CEO, Ousmane Conde, for training purposes and internal communications and to enhance team dynamics through video messages.
We need to generate videos that faithfully reproduce our own founder’s likeness from reference photographs. This is NOT celebrity impersonation — we are generating videos of ourselves, with full consent and authorization.
- The person in the reference images is Ousmane Conde, Founder & CEO of WODI
- He has provided full consent for AI-generated video content using his likeness
- All generated content will be clearly labeled as AI-generated where required
- The content is for legitimate business purposes
Current Limitation
When using the `reference_images` parameter with `VideoGenerationReferenceImage(reference_type=ASSET)`, we receive:

This occurs with both original photographs AND AI-generated clone images of our founder. We believe this is the realistic-person-likeness safety filter that requires allowlist access to bypass.
Compliance & Safety Guardrails
- We will NOT generate likenesses of celebrities, public figures, or any person without their explicit consent
- All content features only our own team members who have provided written consent
- Generated videos are used solely for legitimate business marketing and competition submissions
- We comply with Google Cloud Platform Acceptable Use Policy and Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy
