Request allowlist access for Gemini 3 preview models in Vertex AI

Hello Google AI Team,

I would like to request allowlist access for my Vertex AI project to enable Gemini 3 Preview models.

**Models needed:**

- gemini-3.1-pro-preview

- gemini-3-flash-preview

**Project Information:**

- Google Cloud Project ID: [open-vertex]

- Region: [us-central1]

**Current Status:**

I receive 404 NOT_FOUND errors when attempting to use these models.

Hi @Deep_Six,

Preview models in Vertex AI are currently only available in Global.

Region support is only for GA Models.

I have noted your request and will update this thread if there are any changes.
