I would like to request allowlist access for my Vertex AI project to enable Gemini 3 Preview models.
**Models needed:**
- gemini-3.1-pro-preview
- gemini-3-flash-preview
**Project Information:**
- Google Cloud Project ID: [open-vertex]
- Region: [us-central1]
**Current Status:**
I receive 404 NOT_FOUND errors when attempting to use these models.

Preview models in Vertex AI are currently only available in Global.
Region support is only for GA Models.
I have noted your request and will update this thread if there are any changes.

Requesting allowlist access for my Vertex AI project to use Gemini 3 preview text models — this is for a Google Cloud Rapid Agent Hackathon submission (deadline June 11, 2:00 PM PT, so any expedited review would be hugely appreciated).

- Region: global
**Use case:**
KaJota Concierge — an AI shopping assistant built on Google ADK with MongoDB MCP integration. The agent reasons over a user’s purchase history and product catalogue, demonstrating ADK + MCP + a partner integration end-to-end. Repo will be open-source on GitHub at submission time.
**Current Status:**
404 NOT_FOUND when calling:
`projects/kajota-hackathon/locations/global/publishers/google/models/gemini-3.1-pro-preview`
Error: `Publisher Model … was not found or your project does not have access to it.`
