Request allowlist for Veo 3.1 / Gemini 3 Pro Image

Title: Request allowlist access for Veo 3.1 and Gemini 3 Pro Image preview models in Vertex AI

Hello Google AI Team,

I would like to request allowlist access for my Vertex AI project to enable preview models for an AI content generation platform.

Project Information:

  • Region: us-central1
  • Billing: Active Google Cloud Free Trial ($300 credits)
  • Vertex AI API: Enabled

Models requested:

  • veo-3.1-generate-preview
  • veo-3.1-fast-generate-preview
  • veo-3.1-generate-lite-preview
  • gemini-3-pro-image-preview
  • gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview

Use Case:
I’m building a multi-model AI creative platform that helps content creators
generate images and short-form video (4-8 seconds) for social media, product
marketing, and educational content. The platform includes:

  • An AI prompt-engineering agent that rewrites user descriptions into model-
optimized prompts with proper IP-safety filtering
  • Style-aware routing across 12 creative agents (cinematic, commercial,
    fashion, portrait, animation, etc.)
  • Built-in content safety: the system refuses any prompts referencing
copyrighted characters, real celebrities, or branded IP, and rewrites
descriptions into generic visual traits before sending to the model
  • Multi-provider architecture — Vertex AI is one of several integrated
providers, with automatic routing to the most appropriate model per use case

I need Veo 3.1 (especially Lite) for cost-effective high-volume video
generation, and Nano Banana Pro (gemini-3-pro-image-preview) for the highest-
quality product imagery with accurate text rendering (logos, packaging).

Current Status:
When attempting to use these preview models, I receive 404 errors:
“Publisher Model projects/…/publishers/google/models/gemini-3-pro-image-preview
was not found or your project does not have access to it.”

Stable GA models (imagen-4.0-ultra-generate-001, gemini-2.5-flash-image)
work correctly on the same project, confirming that authentication and API
enablement are configured properly. Only the preview models return 404,
indicating a missing allowlist entry.

Thank you for considering this request!
