Allowlist request: Gemini 3 Preview models on Vertex AI (forreal-brand-agent)

Hi Google AI team,

I’d like to request allowlist access to Gemini 3 preview models on Vertex AI for our project.

Project details:

Models requested (in order of priority):

  1. gemini-3.5-flash
  2. gemini-3-flash-preview
  3. gemini-3.1-flash-lite
  4. gemini-3.1-pro-preview

Use case:
We are building a brand-data enrichment agent for FOR REAL, an Indian fashion
resale platform. The agent uses Vertex AI Gemini with Google Search grounding
to enrich ~8,000 Indian fashion brands across 21 data points (revenue,
distribution, social presence, etc.). We’re currently on gemini-2.5-flash and
need Gemini 3.x for:

  • Lower grounding cost (~$0.014 vs $0.035 per grounded call) at our scale
  • Better structured-output + grounding compatibility
  • Higher-quality reasoning on revenue band classification

Expected monthly volume: ~50,000 grounded calls, ~50M input tokens, ~80M output
tokens during initial enrichment runs.

We have a working pipeline on 2.5 Flash and would migrate immediately uponallowlist approval.

Currently receiving 404 NOT_FOUND for all gemini-3* model IDs even though they
appear in the model registry listing.
