Project incorrectly downgraded from Tier 2 to Tier 1 despite valid $100 payment

Hi, my Gemini API / Google AI Studio project was previously Tier 2, but it was unexpectedly downgraded to Tier 1.

Billing is active and in good standing. I paid $100+, and more than 3 days have passed since the first successful payment, so I believe the project should still qualify for Tier 2. (first payment was almost a year ago)

This is blocking my work because my quota/billing cap has reverted to Tier 1.

Can someone from the Google team please check whether this project was affected by the current billing-tier sync/downgrade issue?
