I already made the payment of 2700 Rs but still the console is showing this message: “To finish your upgrade and access higher Gemini API rate limits, a one-off payment is required. This amount will be added as a credit to your Cloud Billing account for use on any Google Cloud service. Your access will be available once your payment is successfully processed. If you don’t see your upgrade immediately, please check back momentarily.” It is been a day since I made the payment. I can see 2700 credits in my account but I am not able to use them.
