I have already made payment (₹1000 / $xx) and billing is showing inside the account.
But all my 3 API keys are still showing Free Tier.
I have tried creating new keys from the billed project, waited several hours, but the tier is not updating.
Please help upgrade my project to Paid / Tier 1.
