Paid project suspended ~3.5 weeks, appeal unanswered — request escalation

My paid (Tier 1) Google Cloud project’s Gemini API access was suspended on 2026-06-21 for a suspected Additional Terms violation. I submitted the appeal the same day and received an “Appeal Received” confirmation from GCP Trust & Safety (ticket FNDNVTBDCGAUNTWAS3N6RVCLHI). It has now been ~3.5 weeks with no response, well beyond the stated “2 business days.”

Context (facts): a single individual user, personal research and learning only, non-commercial, no resale, no prohibited content. I believe this was an abuse-heuristic false positive from a short burst of vision-model comparison requests. Billing is active and in good standing. I have not created any new keys or projects.

Could a moderator help escalate this appeal internally, or advise on the expected timeline and next step? I want to resolve it within policy. Thank you.
