Not Allowed in Tier 2, why?

I have been waiting for Tier 2 billing access (for more Gemini 2.5 Pro RPD) for days now… The Tier 1 RPD limit makes my use case impossible. I don’t understand why the delay – I will be paying for my usage.

Hello,

sometimes manually approves Tier 2 access, especially if it’s a newer account “Modified by Moderator” usage looks high early on. If your payment method or billing profile is still being verified, that could stall the upgrade. They may be controlling how fast new users get access to manage load on Gemini 2.5 Pro.
