Gemini Billing Tier 2 request -- no feedback

I have submitted requests to upgrade to Gemini API Billing Tier 2 for some time now – but no response.

I am willing to pay for my increased usage, why the delay?

Current Gemini 2.5 Pro Tier 1 RPD 1000 is extremely limiting for my use case.

Even I am struggling with Tier 1 Limits.

I had $300 in Credits, and have spent ~$320 already.

I get that the Tier 2 Eligibility Criteria is $250 + 30 days since successful payment. 2 queries:

  1. Is the 30 days since the first payment?
  2. Is debit from credits counted as payment? Or $250 needs to be spent apart from the $300 credit?
