Hello Support Team,
I am requesting urgent assistance to restore my Gemini API billing tier.
My billing account was previously approved and operating on Paid Tier 3. However, it has been silently downgraded to Paid Tier 1 without any notification. I am currently hard-capped at a £185.33 ($250 USD) limit, and my service has been unexpectedly paused.

Billing Status: Active and in good standing. I successfully made a manual payment on May 30th.
I believe my account has been affected by the known system bug where a project-level limit erroneously downgrades the entire billing account to Tier 1. This severe reduction in quota limits is blocking my ongoing development.
Could you please review my project quota and reinstate my Tier 3 API limits as soon as possible?
