Model quota issues with Google AI Pro

Dear Support Team,

I’ve noticed a significant change in my model quotas recently. While my Google AI Pro subscription usually follows a 5-hour refresh cycle, my current dashboard shows a lockout of over 92 hours for the Pro models, which was never the case until a few days ago. I believe I’ve never “overused” Antigravity and this showed in me never reaching my 5 hour limit. But that changed, as I said, a few days ago.

Now this extended wait time is unfortunately a major bottleneck for my professional workflow, as I rely on these models for my daily tasks. It might be that my account is stuck in a weekly limit by mistake.

Could you please look into this and check if my quota can be reset to the standard rolling window? I’ve attached a screenshot of my current ‘Model Quota’ panel for reference.

I am pure Gemini and hit the quota limit on my pro plan on the morning of 5th March and and got a message saying my quota will refresh on Monday 9th March at 4:30pm - where are you guys getting this dashboard info?
