Hi Antigravity Support Team,
I am writing to report a billing/quota issue on my account. My weekly model quota was scheduled to refresh today (March 18, 2026), but Gemini 3.1 Pro (High) and Gemini 3.1 Pro (Low) remain fully exhausted and are now showing a new 6-day, 11-hour lockout — effectively resetting the clock without any actual usage on my end.
I have attached a screenshot of my Settings → Models page taken today which clearly shows:
- Gemini 3.1 Pro (High): Quota exhausted, refreshes in 6 days, 11 hours
- Gemini 3.1 Pro (Low): Quota exhausted, refreshes in 6 days, 11 hours
- Flash and other models: Refreshing in ~5 hours (on a different cycle, as expected)
To be clear — I have NOT used Gemini 3.1 Pro (High or Low) in the current cycle. The quota was already exhausted from the previous week. The renewal simply did not happen.
This is causing a direct impact on my active development work. I am building a production application on Antigravity and rely on the Pro model refresh for time-sensitive tasks.
I am requesting:
- An immediate investigation into why the Pro quota did not reset on the scheduled date
- Manual restoration of my Gemini 3.1 Pro (High) and (Low) quota for the current week
- Confirmation on whether this is a known issue affecting other users
Please treat this as urgent. I am happy to provide any additional account details needed.
