Issue Description:
I am a subscriber to the Google AI Pro tier. My account is currently experiencing a quota entitlement issue within the Google Antigravity dashboard. Instead of operating on the standard consumer rolling 5-hour compute refresh window, my workspace has locked me out of all active developer models (Gemini 3.5 Flash, Gemini 3.1 Pro, and GPT-OSS 120B) and assigned a strict 7-day organizational structural reset timeline. The panel currently states that my quota “Refreshes in 3 days, 5 hours.”
Steps Already Taken:

Verified that my Google AI Pro subscription billing is active and in good standing.

Revoked and completely re-authorized my account permissions via Google Account Connected Apps.

Cleared browser session storage, local caches, and clicked the manual “Refresh” button inside the Models UI tab.

Verified that the “Enable AI Credit Overages” toggle is active, but my baseline consumer quota remains incorrectly mapped to an enterprise-style 7-day penalty clock.
Requested Action:
Please review my account’s billing entitlement flags on the backend database. Please manually re-sync or flush my workspace tenant metrics so that my account resets on the expected consumer timeframe rather than the multi-day organizational lockout window.
