[URGENT] AI Pro Subscriber - Abnormal 45-hour Quota Lockout on Gemini 3.1 Pro and Multiple Models

Dear Antigravity Support Team / Admins,

I am writing to report a critical quota issue with my account. I am currently an AI Pro subscriber, but I am experiencing an abnormal lockout across multiple high-performance models.

As shown in the attached screenshot:

  • Gemini 3.1 Pro (High/Low), Claude 4.6 (Sonnet/Opus), and GPT-OSS 120B are all showing a refresh timer of approximately 45 hours and 50 minutes.

  • This significantly deviates from the expected 5-hour rolling refresh window for the AI Pro tier.

  • The fact that multiple different model families are synced to the exact same 45-hour lockout suggests a platform-side account synchronization bug rather than standard usage-based rate limiting.

This issue has completely halted my development workflow. Could you please investigate my account status and manually reset the quota trackers?

Thank you for your prompt assistance.

i have the same problem. today i used gemini 3.1 about 30 min and the quota was reached with AI Pro tier. How high is the quota on the Ultra tier? 2 hours a day?

I’ve been stuck with this bug for days now. I’ve tried the various suggestions posted, nothing seems to work.

This is the second time I’ve experienced the issue. The first time (last month) I had to wait 5 days for things to reset, back then I sent an email to agy support and no one got back to me.

Frustrating!

have the same problem. Estuary i used gemini 3.1 and 3.0 about 30 min and the quota was reached with AI Pro

I am also experiencing this and now wondering where else I should go to continue development.

I’m having the same problem

It’s been 2 days I last used it. I got on it today and within 5 minutes, I was slapped with quota exceeded notification.

And that I have to wait for 36+ hours

I am a Google AI Pro user, and I just discovered that all models (except Gemini flash) are now freshing in 7 days, which is a deal breaker for me. Despite putting in significant time researching this, I am still completely unclear as to whether this is a policy change or simply a bug.

Hello Everyone,

Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention. Our engineering team is currently investigating the matter, and we appreciate your patience as we work toward a resolution.
