I am requesting a manual billing sync for my project.
My Gemini API requests are failing with 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED
“Your prepayment credits are depleted” even though my monthly
spend cap shows ₹451.46 / ₹2,000 used (only 22% consumed).

The error message says prepayment credits are depleted but my
monthly cap has significant budget remaining. This appears to
be a billing sync bug similar to other threads in this forum.
Please investigate and sync my billing account.
