Manual billing sync request — 429 "prepayment credits are depleted" despite active funded account

Hi Google Team / Community Managers,

I am facing a severe billing synchronization issue with Google AI Studio. My API requests are constantly blocked with a 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED error stating “Your prepayment credits are depleted.”

However, inside my Google Cloud Billing Console, my India Tax Info was successfully accepted, and I have an active Prepay credit balance of ₹988.34 available. AI Studio is showing my billing account status as “unsupported or inactive,” which seems to be a backend data sync mismatch.

Could an admin please trigger a manual billing backend sync for my account?

Hi team, following up on this issue as it has been over 48 hours and my account is still frozen with the 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED error. The prepayment credits remain fully active in my Google Cloud Console, but the backend data synchronization mismatch with Google AI Studio persists. Could an admin or engineer please look into this and trigger a manual billing sync for Project: skreener (Billing ID: 01A07E-41C424-A8AC..)? Thank you!
