I am writing to report a persistent issue with my account. I have the Gemini Advanced (AI Pro) plan activated via the Jio 18-month offer. However, I am completely unable to generate videos anywhere.
Here are the specific details of the issue:
Google AI Studio: Video generation is completely restricted/not working for my account.
Google Labs (Flow): Video generation fails every time. Even with completely safe prompts, I keep getting a false alarm error: “Failed. This generation might violate our policies.”
What works: Only the standard Gemini text chat is working for me.
I have attached a screenshot to this post showing the exact error I receive on Flow. I need to generate high-quality videos, but this API/account restriction is completely blocking me.
Could you please check my account from the backend and fix whatever is causing this API and video generation issue? I am using the same Gmail ID that is linked to my Jio offer.
