Issue with Gemini Paid Tier 1 quota

Hi,

I am experiencing an issue with my Gemini quota.

Until yesterday, my paid Tier 1 project had a quota of 4,000 RPM for Gemini models. Today, this quota was suddenly reduced to only 360 RPM, which is a very drastic decrease and has caused an outage for my product .

In addition, based on the documented criteria, my usage should qualify for an upgrade to Tier 2 or even Tier 3, but the upgrade option does not appear in AI Studio for my project .

Could someone please look into this and help restore the previous quota or enable the appropriate tier upgrade? I am currently blocked.

We have lowered the Tier 1 limits due to ongoing, large-scale fraud and abuse. If your Tier 1 account is affected by these lower limits, please refer to the instructions provided in this thread.
