Title: Gemini API Free Tier Unavailable Across Multiple Google Cloud Projects
Hello Google AI Team,
I’m trying to use the Gemini API free tier for learning and testing my RAG application.
However, all three of my Google Cloud projects show the following message:
“The Gemini API free tier is not available for this project. Please set up billing to upgrade to the paid tier.”
I have tried creating a new project, but the issue remains.
