Google service/No support

I paid for Gemini API key by set up a billing service. All is well then I ran in multiple of 503 errors with the gemini API key. I am having an awful experience using Gemini api keys so I paid Claude for their API and it has been seamless.

Its awful because I am unable to find any live support to verify my account status. Verify my billing status. Verify my API if there are any limitations I need to know. Right now, I am paying for awful service I cant even use or utilize. I thought google wanted us to pay for API calls, but why am I having troubles with only gemini nonstop?

How can I get in touch with a real person? How can I improve my API access? So far, what I’ve learned is to avoid Google Geminis.

image(Open or close Gemini Cloud Assist chat (Alt G). Upper right corner of your Cloud account page. This has helped me with billing support. Although I didn’t get the answer I wanted, at least now I understand more what my issue was/is. My alternative is too purchase support, here: https://cloud.google.com/support?hl=en
