Where should I go for Gemini API support?

I’m slightly concerned at the lack of support for a serious problem I am having with the Gemini API. I am on a paid tier (tier 1), but as of Sunday I am getting 429 errors because Google Cloud seems to think that the free tier limits apply. This is a serious issue which is preventing my having any access to the Gemini API. I raised the issue immediately with Google Cloud Support. There was no actual support offered there, though. In fact, the ‘human’ I got through to actually offered less support than the original bot: they kept insisting that I needed to apply to increase my quota , which of course is not the issue. I chased that up with an email, but the same customer service person responded with the same answer (!) and told me that the issue was closed: see the exchanges at Google Cloud case #65429072 (if anyone from Google can take this up). I therefore gave my details for a call back, but nobody called. I have raised an issue here too, but nobody has responded.

Does anyone have any idea what to do next? I don’t mean to be difficult, but I have a genuine issue and it would be helpful to know where to go next.
