So google just gave me free credits to use for 3 months. After using it flawlessly for 4 days, Gemini is now “Overloaded” and unable to process any requests for the last 3 days. The google chat assistant says that they belong to the Google cloud team and cannot resolve gemini related issues.
Why give free credits when you won’t allow users to use the credits? I can understand that requests can be overloaded, but for 3 days straight?
Moreover, they asked me to post on the forum here and expect the forum to solve “Model Overloaded” error when their own team cannot? It’s like asking people to come and vent out here for nothing instead of telling them what the issue is.
Message for Google: Please stop giving free stuff if you are not going to allow users to use them? You are probably using it as a click bait to lure users to sign up and check if they are interested? That’s seriously messed up.
