Hello Google AI Studio team,
I am trying to publish a full-stack application created with Google AI Studio Build Mode using the free Google Cloud Starter Tier, without enabling Cloud Billing.
My Google Cloud project is:
app-amornopapelofc
When I click:
Publish → Get Started
the Publish dialog shows:
- app-amornopapelofc
- No billing setup
- Set up billing
- Refresh
There is no Starter Tier publishing option.
I have already clicked Refresh multiple times, but nothing changes.
I do NOT want to enable Cloud Billing or add a payment method.
The application is already completed and working correctly. Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore are working, the production build succeeds, and the Firestore security rules are already deployed and tested.
I believe this is an account-level Starter Tier provisioning/eligibility issue rather than an application-code issue.
Could the Google AI Studio team please check:
- Whether my account is eligible for the free Starter Tier.
- Whether the Starter Tier has been provisioned for my account.
- Whether my Google AI Studio account is missing a deployment entitlement.
- Whether there is currently a known issue affecting Starter Tier publishing.
- Whether my project app-amornopapelofc is correctly associated with AI Studio Build Mode.
- What exact action is required to make the Starter Tier publishing option appear.
Please do NOT enable billing or create a billing account.
I only want to use the free Starter Tier if my account is eligible.
I can provide screenshots of the Publish dialog and project configuration if needed.
