Hello Google AI Developer Support,
I am trying to use the Gemini API Free Tier for a legitimate software project, Poyacity. I am not attempting to bypass billing, regional restrictions, identity checks, or other provider controls.
I cannot access Google AI Studio or Google Cloud Console from my current account/client. Google AI Studio returns HTTP 403 with: “Your client does not have permission to get URL /apikey from this server.” Google Cloud Console also returns HTTP 403.
I also attempted to download the official Google Cloud SDK from Google Cloud Storage, but the response was: “AccessDenied — We’re sorry, but this service is not available in your location.”
Because of this restriction I cannot create a Gemini API key or even use the normal Google Cloud CLI onboarding path.
Please review whether my account/location is being classified incorrectly and advise whether Google AI Studio / Gemini API Free Tier is available to me through an official supported path. I do not want to enable paid billing merely to bypass this restriction.
I can provide screenshots of the 403 responses and the Cloud Storage location-restriction error if required.
