I am an active Google AI Pro subscriber (Google One), and according to your official documentation (https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/docs/google-ai-plans), Pro subscribers should have “access to premium models like Gemini Pro” with higher rate limits in Google AI Studio.
However, when I check the Rate Limits page in AI Studio under my account, both Gemini 3.1 Pro and Gemini 2.5 Pro show a limit of 0/0 requests, 0/0 tokens per minute, and 0/0 tokens per day — meaning I currently have no access to these models at all, despite my active paid subscription.
Other models (e.g. Gemini 3.5 Flash, Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite) do show working quotas, so the subscription itself is clearly linked to my account — it’s specifically the Pro-tier models that are not activated.
Could you please check why the Pro model quota is not reflecting my subscription, and activate it accordingly? I’ve already checked the Advanced Settings / Playground model dropdown as suggested in your community forum, and the models still show zero quota there as well.
