I’m a Google AI Pro subscriber. I purchased the subscription recently as a birthday gift to myself, hoping to get the advertised 5-hour quota reset cycle.
Instead, I’m getting weekly rate limits. My quota is locked until the 24th. The worst part is — I haven’t even used Gemini 3.1 at all. Zero requests. Yet I’m still rate-limited for a full week.
Previously, I also waited a full week for the limit to reset, and the moment it reset, I immediately got another weekly limit — again without making any requests.
I’m getting worse treatment than free-tier users despite paying for Pro. I’ve contacted support but received no response.
Could someone from the team please look into my account and reset my quota? This seems like a known bug that many Pro subscribers are experiencing.
