Quota exhausted error with active Google AI Pro subscription

Hello! I have an active Google AI Pro plan, but aistudio.google.com says my quota is exhausted. This is unexpected because I haven’t even used Gemini yet. Is this a bug? How can I fix this? Currently, I cannot use the service despite having a paid subscription.

I have the same issue. I have Credits and as soon as my free usage is done I get the error. It’s been happening since Friday. Was hoping it would be fixed by now so I can do some work.

I’m facing the same issue. It worked fine for me in the morning with the old layout.

By now, in the afternoon, it’s updated and downed.

I have the same problem. We have a quota of 30k, and its saying that 20 is hitting the limit…what is wrong?

Haven’t been using studio around 4 days, on my first prompt it raised the mentioned error. And I just use playground, to be able to chat with a context.

This is annoying, I have a pro subscription for gemini, not sure if that works on AI studio, but limit reset didn’t work obviously

This is a bug. Logan on X stated it is a bug themself. However it has been a bug since the first attempt last week to release the system. So far they have made zero attempts to update the community on any fixes or any updates to fixes regarding this.

Keep updated, there are dozens of other posts across this platform, reddit and X on this exact issue. All we can hope is that they solve it before the weekend. And they can hope its solved before the next billing period for the subscription and it becomes a full failure of service.
